Khair Al Delky Manufacturing needed a site that worked as a sales tool for engineers, not a brochure. Buyers in this industry compare hardness ratings and ball diameters before they ever call, so the catalogue had to carry real specification data and let people download PDF sheets without filling in a form first.
I built the theme from scratch. No page builder, no bundled plugin bloat — a custom product post type, a specification table that stays readable on a phone, and an Arabic-and-English structure where the RTL layout is genuinely laid out right to left rather than a mirrored stylesheet.
After launch the hosting account threw up the usual inherited problems: PDF download paths breaking, a Cloudflare SSL 526 error, and a document root pointing at the wrong folder. All resolved in the cPanel restructure that came with handover.
